Decor setup (up to 4 hours): tablescapes, balloon arch, signage, backdrop, dessert station
Vendor arrival support
Packing up of rentals (if part of the setup)

To a T: Wedding Day Coordination

This is "day-of coordination" with pre-event prep sprinkled in.

1 planning session (up to 2 hours) to review timeline, floor plan, vendor contacts, and overall vibe.
Vendor contact information: the week of wedding (arrival times, deliveries, payments)
Rehearsal management (1 hour, if schedule allows)
Full-day on-site coordination (8 hours): Manage setup, guide vendors, cue ceremony timing, transition to reception

To a T: Corporate Events

Pre-event planning call (1-2 hours): Align on goals, branding, schedule, and deliverables.
Venue/Vendor liaison: You're their go-to contact before and during the event.
Event timeline and production schedule: Build and manage the run of the show.
On-site execution (up to 10 hours): Setup, brand consistency check, flow control, troubleshooting.
Post-event wrap-up (optional add-on): Feedback surveys, photo collection, cleanup coordination.
