To a T: Birthday Bash Setup

$500

For the Host that wants to show up without lifting a finger.

  • Design consultation (up to 30 minutes virtual) - let's talk vibes
  • Decor setup (up to 4 hours): tablescapes, balloon arch, signage, backdrop, dessert station
  • Vendor arrival support
  • Packing up of rentals (if part of the setup)

Great for: Kids' parties, milestone birthdays, bridal/baby showers, or backyard soirees. 


To a T: Wedding Day Coordination

$1,500

This is "day-of coordination" with pre-event prep sprinkled in. 

  • 1 planning session (up to 2 hours) to review timeline, floor plan, vendor contacts, and overall vibe.
  • Vendor contact information: the week of wedding (arrival times, deliveries, payments)
  • Rehearsal management (1 hour, if schedule allows)
  • Full-day on-site coordination (8 hours): Manage setup, guide vendors, cue ceremony timing, transition to reception 
  • To a T Emergency Kit - For any surprises the day might bring. 

To a T: Corporate Events

$2,000

Think polished, seamless, brand-aligned execution. 

  • Pre-event planning call (1-2 hours): Align on goals, branding, schedule, and deliverables.
  • Venue/Vendor liaison: You're their go-to contact before and during the event. 
  • Event timeline and production schedule: Build and manage the run of the show.
  • On-site execution (up to 10 hours): Setup, brand consistency check, flow control, troubleshooting. 
  • Post-event wrap-up (optional add-on): Feedback surveys, photo collection, cleanup coordination.

Per Event

Hosting an event outside the Phoenix area? No problem.  We're happy to travel to you - rate available upon request based on mileage and logistics.
